[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The claim of the review applicant to grant promotion during the currency of punishment was being issued. This Court made a finding that currency of punishment is a bar for grant of promotion and consequently rejected the writ appeal.

2. Now the grounds raised on merits in the present review application cannot be re-adjudicated. We do not find any error apparent on record warranting interference. Consequently, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
