This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.28629 1/3
of 2017 dated 20.12.2017.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that in view of the earlier order of this Court dated 20.12.2017, final report has been filed in C.C.B.No.1311 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020, on the file of the CCB & CBCID Court, Egmore, Chennai-08.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the present contempt petition stands closed.
