ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the order of this Court dated 20.12.2017 passed in Crl.O.P.No.28820 of 2017.
2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.3484 of 2020 before the CCB & CBCID, Egmore, Chennai.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that a final report has been filed, this Court is of the view that the disobedience alleged on side of the respondent is not willful in nature.
