ORDER

The petitioner is the wife in a matrimonial proceeding. The petitioner seeks transfer of O.P.No.164 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani, to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Salem and to be tried along with M.C.No.73 of 2023 which has been initiated by the petitioner/wife.

2. Though the respondent has filed counter, the learned counsel for the respondent states that without admitting the allegations stated in the transfer petition, the respondent has no serious objection for the transfer request of the petitioner / wife being proceeded.

3. In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in OP.No.164 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Salem to be tried along with M.C.No.73 of 2023. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
