A.Nos.475 & 476 of 2022 in C.S.No.744 of 2018 A.Nos.475 & 476 of 2022 in C.S.N.744 of 2018 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J These two applications are filed by the plaintiff to produce the Board Resolution dated 24.09.2021 and to amend the cause title in C.S.No.744 of 2018.
2. The plaintiff states that the authorized signatory was specified as Mr.R.Jayakumar in the cause title to the plaint. Since Mr.R.Jayakumar ceased to be the authorized signatory of the Company and was replaced by Dushyant Kumar Meena, A.No.476 of 2022 is filed.
3. The other application, A.No.475 of 2022, is to produce the Board Resolution under which Mr.Dushyant Kumar Meena was authorized to represent the plaintiff in legal proceedings.
4. Learned counsel for the defendant has no objection to these applications being allowed.

5. Upon examining the affidavit in support thereof and on being satisfied with the reasons set out therein, both these applications are allowed. Consequently, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendment in the cause title. Such amendment shall be carried out on or before 17.02.2022.
