O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Kalaivani, daughter of Kanniappan, aged 23 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The parents of the alleged detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she married the petitioner herein and that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she is willing to go along with her parents.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
