O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The claim of the casual labourer seeking regularisation was rejected by the Writ Court as well as by the Writ Appellate Court. This Court found that even as per the Service Rules applicable, the petitioner is not entitled to get regularisation and permanent absorption.

2. That being so, we do not find any error apparent on record warranting interference. Thus, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
