When the case was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the very same petitioners have filed yet another petition in Crl.OP.No.9497 of 2019, wherein, it was submitted that a joint memo of compromise has been filed and the parties were present in the Court. Based on the joint memo of compromise and amicable settlement has been arrived between the parties, this Court by order dated 15.04.2019 allowed the above petition and thereby, quashed the Page No.1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
C.C.No.84 of 2015 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai. The said order copy was produced to that effect.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not aware of filing of the petition in Crl.OP.No.9497 of 2019, which is a subsequent petition. The petitioners instructed him to file the above petition in the year 2015. 3.In view of above nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
