This petition is filed to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 11.02.2020 made in W.P.No.9993 of 2019.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondent, none appears on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government counsel appearing for the petitioners and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
