respondent in Crl.R.C.No.747 of 2023 submitted the matter was referred for Mediation and the matter was settled between the parties during mediation.

4.The Mediation report dated 10.08.2023 shall form part and parcel of this order. The parties are directed to abide by the terms of compromise arrived at during mediation.

5.In view of the above, Crl.O.P.No.2494 of 2022 and Crl.R.C.No.747 of 2023 are closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
