This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to pay pension and allowances to the Petitioner by taking the last pay drawn as Rs.4,700/- along with personal pay of Rs.225/- and with consequential benefits of arrears of pension amount due from the date it became payable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is no more and all the efforts made by him to get the details of his legal heirs have went in vain as there is no response from the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. On submitting the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to close the case. 2/4
