[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The issues raised between the parties were elaborately adjudicated by this Court and the Writ Appeal was allowed by order dated 27.11.2009.
2. On account of efflux of time, certain grounds raised also lost its relevance. More-so, the petitioner has not established any error apparent on record for the purpose of entertaining the present Review Application. Consequently, the present Review Application stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
