ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2023. 2.

It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 14 in respect of performing pooja in the Arulmigu Sendrayanswamy Thirukovil situated at Kuttampatti Village, Palacode,

Dharmapuri District. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner for police protection cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate Civil Court for proper relief, if so advised. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
