This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. Dr.S.Suriya, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for R2 and the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 are also present before this Court and expressed that they have no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 23 days is condoned.
