The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that since the revision petitioner could not mobilise the funds, he could not comply with the condition as ordered by this Court and hence, sought two weeks time.

2. Time granted till 28.02.2022. In case, the amount as directed is not deposited by the revision petitioner, consequences will follow.

3. The respondent has been served and he is represented by the counsel.
