The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.96 of 2014.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.96 of 2014, the case was reported as undetected on 02.05.2016 and R.C.S.No.15 of 2016 was served to the 2nd respondent with proper acknowledgment and the report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Coimbatore, who had recorded he same and closed.
3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent admits that R.C.S notice was served on the 2nd respondent and hence, the case may be closed as undetected.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
