The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent raised an objection to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the Writ Appeal. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent has no objection to condone the delay.

Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the Writ Appeal in W.A.Sr.No.6414 of 2024.
