Despite notice has been served on the respondent, no representation for the respondent either in person or by his counsel. 2.A perusal of records, the reasons stated in the affidavit are satisfied and the learned counsel for the petitioner has raised arguable points in the grounds of appeal. Hence, this Court grants leave to prefer the appeal against the Judgment in C.C.No.6132 of 2016 passed by the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai dated 10.11.2020 and the petition is, accordingly, ordered.
