Hence, this Court grants leave to prefer the appeal against the Judgment in C.C.No.6132 of 2016 passed by the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai dated 10.11.2020 and the petition is, accordingly, ordered.
