These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the petition to bring the legal representative on record (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and (iii) to bring on record the sole legal heir of the deceased 1st respondent.

2. Notice has been served on respondents 1 & 3. The 2nd respondent refused to received the notice. I am satisfied that sufficient service has been caused on them.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Office is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the matter on 28.03.2024.
