Respondents Prayer: Writ Appeal filed filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 15.7.2016 passed in W.P.No.19933 of 2015 on the file of this court.

W.P.No.19933 of 2015:

The Writ petition is filed under filed 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue a Writ of Mandamus, appointing any independent authority to enquire into the process of selection of tenders for the 1st respondent during the entire tenure of the 3rd respondent to find out all/any irregularities committed by him and to recommend suitable action to be initiated to against the 3rd respondent and all other afficials involved and colluded in such irregularities. JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of the court to withdraw the writ appeal as well as the writ petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. By permitting the appellant to withdraw the writ petition itself, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent and hence, the permission sought for by the appellant is granted and accordingly, the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the writ petition becomes non-est and the writ petition be treated as disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
