The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent submitted that the municipality issued a notice to the

petitioner to remove the encroachment that was put up in the pathway. This was made a subject matter of challenge before this Court in WP No.9456 of 2022 and the Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 13.04.2022 disposed of the writ petition by issuing certain directions. 2.
