3.The respondents 3 and 4, who are private respondents are yet to be served even in the revision petition. In view of the demise of the sole petitioner pending the civil revision petition, I see no serious prejudice being caused to any of the respondents, if these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
4.In view of the above, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and issue fresh notice to the respondents 3 and 4 for the hearing on 03.07.2025. 5.Post the matter civil revision petition on 03.07.2025. 12-06-2025 ata 2/4
