JUDGMENT
In this matter, the parties had been referred to the Mediation Centre for exploring the possibilities of settlement between them qua the issues involved between the parties in respect of the subject matter.
2. It is noted that the parties had arrived at compromise before the Mediation Centre and filed the Joint Memo of Compromise and accordingly the report had been received from the Mediation centre that the parties had arrived at an agreement enclosing the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the parties.
3. In the light of the abovesaid factors, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the parties before the Mediation Centre. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part and parcel of the decree to be passed in the second appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
