Mr.E. Sundaram Govt.Advocate for R1 to R4 COMMON ORDER (Made by S.M. SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The review applications have been filed to review the judgment dated 04.11.2006 passed in W.A. Nos. 1223 to 1228 of 1999 and 2044 of 1999. The constitutional validity of Section 14-A of Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973 was the issue involved in the writ appeals and the Division Bench of this Court upheld the validity of the same. Learned Government Advocate would further submit that the validity of Section 14-A of the said Act has been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of india. That being so, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in these review applications. Hence, the review applications are dismissed. No costs. 2\4
