Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Madras High Court Original Rules read with section 92 of the Civil Procedure Code, to pass a judgment and decree against the defendants i) to remove the defendants from the post of trustees permanently from the first plaintiff trust ii) decree for permanent injunction restraining the respondents, their men and agents from in any manner interfering with the plaintiffs peaceful management of the trust and the educational institute called, P.V.Polytechnic college and the properties belonging to the trust. iii) Order cost of the suit and grant such other reliefs. J U D G M E N T

In this matter, the counsel for the plaintiffs had already reported no instructions and consequent to the same, this Court had ordered the Registry to issue notice to the plaintiffs and the notice sent to the plaintiffs had been returned as "no such persons". Resultantly, the Registry was directed to list the matter today, ie., on 22.04.2021, by printing the names of the plaintiffs in the cause list under the caption for dismissal.

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the plaintiffs. Plaintiffs called, absent.

4. In the light of the above position, the Civil Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected application, if any, is closed.
