ORDER

It appears that the civil revision petitioner has taken advantage of the following portions of the order, which acts as a fetter on the Judicial Officer from proceeding further in the HMOP:

"In case the maintenance is not paid, the HMOP shall not be proceeded with till the wife is paid the maintenance as

directed."

2. The petitioner has taken advantage of the said order by neither paying maintenance nor participating in the proceedings. Therefore, the respondent is directed to file necessary application for recalling that portion of the order.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has handed over the bundle back to the petitioner.

4. Post this matter after recall petition is numbered. The Registry is directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list while listing this matter.
