This is the second round of litigation by the very same petitioner, seeking for grant of Patta in respect of the Poromboke land. In the earlier round, this Court, dismissed the writ petition filed by the very same petitioner in WP.No.17856 of 2001 on 04.10.2011 and the said order was confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in WA.No.10 of 2003, thereby, rejecting the contention of the petitioner. Hon'ble Division Bench has granted liberty to the respondents therein to take appropriate action for evicting the appellant (petitioner herein), after giving her an opportunity of hearing, by issuing notice. When such being the direction issued by this Court, I do not think that the petitioner can seek for issuance of Patta, by making a fresh representation on 07.08.2017, which is sought to be disposed of, by filing the present writ petition. Therefore, I find no merits to entertain the present writ petition, as it is nothing but a repeated attempt on the same cause of action, which was already found against the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
