Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2021 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reimburse the claim amount of the petitioner for taking treatment for COVID - 19 as per G.O.Ms.No.280 dated 24.06.2020. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2021 and consequently direct the third respondent to reimburse the claim amount of the petitioner for taking treatment for COVID - 19 as per G.O.Ms.No.280 dated 24.06.2020. Page No. 2 of 5

2. A counter affidavit is filed by the second respondent where under it has been stated as follows:- "7. In this connection, it is further submitted that the United Insurance Company stated in their Letter dated 20.04.2022 that the claim of the writ petitioner has been assessed and settled a sum of Rs.94,476/- and the amount has been credited in the account of the petitioner vide UTR No.CITIN 22259688942 dated 18.04.2022."

3. Thus, the claim made by the petitioner has already been disbursed. Therefore, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
