When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Krishnaraja, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings in e/f/vz; /06-D4kh/F/g/T-jpU-2021. ehs;/ 10/08/2021 passed by the 1st respondent / Superintendent of Police, Superintendent Office, Thiruvarur District, wherein, the Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruvarur District was directed to close the History Sheet No.610/02 pertaining to the petitioner and hence the relief sought for herein has become infructuous.
