2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.2114 of 2008 stands restored and accordingly, W.M.P.No.3233 of 2023 in W.P.No.2114 of 2008 is allowed. No costs.
