2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the first and second petitioners as on date. He further submitted that as against the petitioners 3 and 4, a case under section 110 Cr.P.C. has been registered and as such, the anticipatory bail petition filed by the third and forth petitioners is not maintainable.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed as against the first and second petitioners and the petition as against the third and fourth petitioners is closed as not maintainable.
