ORDER

When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she has no instructions from the petitioner. An endorsement has also been made to that effect in the case bundle. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication as the matter has become infructuous.

2.The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, even though the petitioner is not inclined to press this matter. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
