ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 08.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16808 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's case and passed order by the proceedings dated 05.11.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 05.11.2025 before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
