ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue herein, viz., Ramya Devi, aged 22 years, has filed this petition seeking production of his wife.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and learned counsel for fourth respondent.

3. The respondent police have produced the detenue viz., Ramyadevi and she has informed us that she is living with her parents and not married the petitioner. Such statement is recorded.

4. As the detenue does not like to go with the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed. It is for the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
