C.M.P.No.5213 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.72544 of 2020 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

The above appeal is laid in 2020 and the present C.M.P.No.5213 of 2023 is taken to dispense with the production of the original trial Court decree and judgment dated 14.12.2017.

2.Learned counsel for the appellant / petitioner is not able to explain as to why the certified copies could not be obtained for the last six years. This Court on perusing the affidavit does not find any tenable reasons either.

3.This C.M.P.No.5213 of 2023 stands dismissed. This, however, does not preclude the petitioner to apply a fresh petition with appropriate reasons if any for the same purpose.
