O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue S.Jayaradha, aged about 22 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The second respondent/mother of the detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there was a registered marriage solemnised between herself and the petitioner herein and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that she is not willing to go along with the petitioner and that she is willing to go along with her mother and according to her, there is no illegal detention by anybody.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum, according to law.
