Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that except seven cars, other cars have been delivered.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that seven cars have been delivered and that the remaining cars shall be delivered within a period of ten days which is under process.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to deliver the remaining seven cars to the applicant within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
