Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to directing respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on 18.12.2018 and pass order with regard to issuance of patta to the petitioner in Survey Nos.22/C/3, 23, 24/3B, 4 at Nos.7, Pazhaverkadu Village and 1/1, 413/1, of V.No.35, Thangal, Perambulam Village, Ponner Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to direct the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on 18.12.2018 seeking for issuance of patta to the petitioner in Survey Nos.22/C/3, 23, 24/3B, 4 at Nos.7, Pazhaverkadu Village and 1/1, 413/1, of V.No.35, Thangal, Perambulam Village, Ponner Taluk, Thiruvallur District..

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner submitted a representation on 18.12.2018, to the fourth respondent, seeking to issue patta in respect of Survey Nos.22/C/3, 23, 24/3B, 4 at Nos.7, Pazhaverkadu Village and 1/1, 413/1, of V.No.35, Thangal, Perambulam Village, Ponner Taluk, Thiruvallur District.. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. Heard Mr.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to him as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
