O R D E R

The first respondent registered a case in Crime No.509 of 2013 as against the petitioner on the complaint given by the second respondent. Pending investigation, the petitioner has filed the present petition to quash the proceedings. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant is purely civil in nature and therefore the complaint in Crime No.509 of 2013 is to be quashed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.509 of 2013 has already been completed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham. The learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the charge sheet and taken on file in C.C.No.91 of 2019 on 13.08.2019 and the same is pending for trial. 4.Since, the charge sheet has already been laid and the case is pending for trial, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
