2. Since, it has been listed today but not under the caption as directed by this Court, list on 22.12.2022 under the caption ' for dismissal'." Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Hence this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
