Mr.M.MD.Ibrahim Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions to approach the Appropriate Forum. He has also made an endorsement for withdrawal.

In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say that the withdrawal of this writ petition shall not stand on the way of the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court / Forum. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
