O R D E R

The petitioner, who is the de facto complainant in Crime No.5 of 2013 has filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation.

2.The petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.No.4180 of 2016, seeking to file a final report. This Court, by order dated 25.2.2016, directed the respondent to file a final report within a period of six months. However, the same was not filed, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and the charge sheet was made ready, due to the prevailing situation charge sheet could not be filed before the concerned Court within a time

4. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent police to file a charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of one month, after lifting the lock down and normal functioning of the Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
