Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer :- Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the Principal District Court, Kancheepuram dated 29.02.2008 made in A.S.No.72 of 2006 preferred against the Judgment and decree of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu dated 07.02.2006 made in O.S.No.73 of 2000. Decree:This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Twelfth day and February Two Thousand and Twenty One upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal , the order of the Lower Appellate court and the court of First instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.Chandrabose,Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.K.

Hariharan, Advocate for the Respondent and having stood over for consideration till this date, this Court while allowing this Second Appeal,doth order and decree as follows: i)that the Judgment and decree dated 29.02.2008 passed in A.S.No.72 of 2006 on the file of the Principal District Court, Kancheepuram, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 07.02.2006 passed in O.S.No.

ii)that the suit laid by the plaintiff in O.S.No.73 of 2000 be and hereby is dismissed.
