The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.325 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who forcibly abducted the defacto complainant's daughter/victim girl and sexually harassed her. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for Anticipatory Bail to the Petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised objection and stating that the petitioner is a close relative to the victim girl who is six years older than her. dk girl's family raised strong objection to their marriage despite that, he proposed love to her and compelled her to marry the petitioner. He further produced the statement under Section 164(5) of Cr.P.C. He opposed for grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. 6.On perusal of the Statement of 164(5) of Cr.P.C, it reveals that the petitioner had sexually harassed the victim girl.
