This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to callfor the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.135, School Education (R1) Department dated 08.09.2011 and quash the same in so far as it directs regularization of service only from the date of the issue of the said order and direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of her initial appointment, namely, 30.10.1990 and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
