pri 2.This Court vide order dated 06.09.2024 made in W.P.No.25941 of 2024 directed the petitioner to make representation along with a copy of the order and issued direction to the respondent to consider the said representation and to pass appropriate orders within a time frame, pursuant to which, the respondent has passed order on 30.01.2025.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
