J U D G M E N T

This Court, by an order dated 16.07.2021, had passed the following order:

"When the matter was called on 06.07.2021, there was no representation for the appellant, That apart, notice to the respondent has not been completed. In fact, as early as on 17.11.2008, notice issued to the respondent through Court had been returned "unserved", since the addressee / respondent has been transferred. Thereafter, no steps have been taken to serve notice on the sole respondent. The learned counsel for the appellant is also not appearing before this Court.
