The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the proceedings No.3193/A2/16-2, dated 27.10.2016, issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Salem. According to him, the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Salem, has directed the respondent viz., District Registrar (Audit), Namakkal, to forward the appeal filed by the petitioner to the Government for consideration. 2. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to comply with the directions issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Salem, by his proceedings No.3193/A2/16-2, dated 27.10.2016.
