ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the final report in C.C.No.636 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.2 of Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police and perused the materials available on record.

4. A perusal of the statements recorded by the Investigating Officer during investigation shows prima facie material to proceed the case further against the petitioners. The grounds raised in the petition are not satisfied.

5. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

6. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
