This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his family for a specified period.
2.Heard both the parties.
2.The petitioner states that in order to grab the property and disturb his possession of the house, his sister's husband namely George Selwyn Lebanon repeatedly threatened and assaulted the petitioner by using filthy language and a complaint was also registered in Crime No.47 of 2012 under Sections 294B, 427, 448 506(ii) Cr.P.C.
3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family.
